SpaceX and Tesla begin exploring $3.5 trillion merger

Elon Musk has said SpaceX and Tesla have formed special committees to explore a potential merger, adding, "There’s a lot to be gained from cooperating on developing superintelligence software." SpaceX, which earlier acquired Musk's startup xAI, has a market value of $2 trillion and Tesla is worth around $1.5 trillion. SpaceX earlier purchased Tesla's Cybertrucks worth over $100 million.
