The India Meteorological Department has announced that the southwest monsoon has arrived in Delhi. This came after several parts of the national capital and other adjoining regions received rainfall on Thursday morning, bringing respite from the intense heat. The weather department has forecast cloudy skies with light to moderate rainfall at many places across Delhi through the rest of Thursday.
