A 10-year-old boy, who fell into a 140-feet-deep borewell in Madhya Pradesh's Guna, has died after he was taken out following a 16-hour rescue operation, officials said on Sunday. Sumit Meena was rushed to a hospital after being rescued. "The boy was brought dead here. We have certified that and shifted the body to the post-mortem room," a doctor said.
