Beauty Garage, the company behind haircare brands Botoliss and Shea, has filed draft papers with SEBI for an IPO. The proposed issue comprises a fresh equity issue worth up to ₹125 crore and an OFS of up to 78.36 lakh shares. The company intends to utilise the proceeds to set up a manufacturing facility and for general corporate purposes.
