An orthopaedic surgeon has inaugurated a village gym, the second under his 'Mission 51' initiative to set up 51 gyms across Punjab villages within a year to promote a drug-free society. Dr Avtar Singh said, "We are starting a 'Gym da langar'...free fitness for every rural youth." Singh has spent over 35 years serving communities through healthcare and social initiatives.
