A study conducted in UK found that a good night's sleep can help get rid of bad memories. Dr Parth Nagda, Consultant, Psychiatry, Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Navi Mumbai said, "Sleep is important for consolidating our memory and emotional processing."
