A 73-year-old man, Dave Whitlow, shows up twice a week at the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at a children's hospital in the US to comfort babies. He whispers, "Grow strong, grow smart, grow kind", to every baby he has cuddled in the last eight years. "It's the best gig I've ever had. It just feels right," he said.
