The Cockroach Janta Party hasn't sought permission for their planned July 20 march to Parliament, ANI reported citing Delhi Police sources. The outfit has been protesting at Jantar Mantar for days and seeking Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation over paper leaks. The Parliament's Monsoon Session will begin on July 20.
