IMD predicts heavy rain in South India; Delhi stays dry

IMD forecast heavy to very heavy rainfall in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh on Sunday, with thunderstorms and gusty winds up to 60km/h. The wet spell may continue till October 22. Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh are expected to remain dry. Warnings issued for road and rail disruptions in affected regions.
