Anil Agarwal's Vedanta told Supreme Court that its revised bid for the bankrupt Jaiprakash Associates (JAL) was rejected despite being better than Adani Group's offer. It contended its addendum bid is about ₹3,400 crore higher in gross value terms compared to Adani's offer. Vedanta has moved SC after NCLAT declined to stay Adani's resolution plan for the assets of JAL.
