An altercation ensued when two men named Monty and Ujjwal stopped a man named Shiva, who was visiting relatives at hospital in UP's Greater Noida. Thereafter, Shiva called his friend and physically fought with the duo. Monty and his friend then fired 20 bullets at a parked car belonging to Shiva's friend. A video showed police counting empty bullet shells.
