West Bengal CM and TMC candidate from Bhabanipur seat Mamata Banerjee visited Bhabanipur Assembly segment counting centre, which houses the strongroom for EVMs, citing suspicion of tampering with the machines. She stayed there for four hours. This coincided with protests by TMC candidates Kunal Ghosh and Shashi Panja, alleging irregularities and possible tampering of EVMs stored in strongrooms.
