Ex-IAS officer found dead with throat slit at home in Bhopal

Rakesh Agrawal, a 70-year-old retired IAS officer, was found dead with his throat slit at his home in Bhopal's Suraj Nagar on Wednesday. Police said a domestic help hired two days earlier has been missing since the incident and is the prime suspect. Police are examining CCTV footage and currently probing the motive behind the killing.
