Terror charges against US man VanDyke not dropped, say NIA sources; explain other charges

After reports claimed that terror charges against American national Matthew VanDyke and six other Ukrainian nationals were dropped, NIA sources told ANI that it's not the case. The sources explained that charges under the Immigration and Foreigners Act were established; hence, they were mentioned in chargesheet. Had the chargesheet not been filed within 180 days, the accused could've got bail.
