US Open 2003 champion Andy Roddick said world number one Jannik Sinner is a "massive star" in his native country Italy. "He goes to dinner and it's like Taylor Swift," he added. "He's like David Beckham level star, fame, chaos, circus," the 42-year-old added. Sinner became the first Italian to reach world number one since the rankings began in 1973.
