Actress Disha Patani has reportedly leased out her luxury apartment in Mumbai's upscale Khar West locality at a starting monthly rent of ₹2.85 lakh. The apartment, located in the premium residential tower Rustomjee Paramount complex, spreads across more than 1,000 sq ft. The lease agreement is for 24 months and is expected to generate nearly ₹71 lakh in rental income.
