He hasn't been neglected, says Ganguly on Shami; cites own example

Former India captain Sourav Ganguly opined that India pacer Mohammad Shami isn't being neglected by selection committee. "Shami is doing well...in domestic cricket. I, too, [didn't] play for a year with the national team after scoring 10,000 runs, but have made a comeback...This happens with everyone," he added. Shami last played for India in ICC Champions Trophy in March 2025.
