Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi has said that the intelligence breach that enabled the bombing of former Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei's residence in the beginning of the war with US and Israel "probably still exists". "Holding simultaneous meetings was not unusual in those days...but the enemy's knowledge of these meetings was the result of an information breach," he added.
