Delhi Police has busted a cyber fraud racket allegedly defrauding people on the pretext of arranging child adoptions and arrested two men from UP's Bareilly. A 30-year-old woman from Delhi's Burari was allegedly cheated of ₹1.37 lakh while trying to adopt a child. The accused would collect various charges, send forged NGO receipts and fabricated medical reports and then disappear.
