Tata Group power struggle may be settled out of court: SC Senior Advocate

Supreme Court Senior Advocate Sanjay Hegde said he thinks the dispute between Tata Sons and Tata Trusts will be settled out of court. "Ultimate resolution for Tata Group will happen at Bombay House (Tata Group headquarters) or elsewhere, not in courts," Hegde stated. Tata Trusts has opposed Tata Sons' listing plans and five-year reappointment of N Chandrasekaran as Executive Chairman.
