Hindustan Copper OFS oversubscribed, govt uses entire greenshoe option

Hindustan Copper Ltd's Offer for Sale (OFS) was oversubscribed on both days, with the government exercising its entire 3% greenshoe option, the Secretary of Department of Investment and Public Asset Management said. This took the stake sale to 6%, valued at around ₹2,982 crore at floor price of ₹514 per share. The government reserved additional 25,000 shares for eligible employees.
