BSP President Mayawati on Friday said that the final candidates for the upcoming polls will be selected by her, dismissing speculation that her nephew Akash Anand had been given the authority. She further added that candidates are given the final form by her not only in UP but across the country. "Akash will also announce some candidates," she added.
