Sensex rose roughly 500 points to end at 84,065.75 on Monday, while Nifty climbed 173 points to end at 25,867.30. The indices ended on a strong note following India's announcement of an interim trade deal with the US. SBI, Titan and UltraTech Cement were among the top gainers on the Sensex, while Power Grid Corporation was among the top losers.
