At least 88 workers were injured after two loco trains collided inside a tunnel at the under-construction Vishnugad-Pipalkoti Hydroelectric Project in Uttarakhand’s Chamoli district on Tuesday night. The collision occurred between 8:30 pm and 9:30 pm during a shift change. District authorities said all the injured were rescued from the tunnel and their condition is stable.
