Mumbai's sea-facing Leela Bungalow, located on Juhu Tara Road with a Grade IIB heritage status, has been sold for ₹221 crore, HT reported. The family associated with Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital sold the 70-year-old property to Notandas Jewellers group, a business founded in 1983. The ground-plus-one bungalow sits on a 1,355-square-metre plot with an 8,480.68-square-feet built-up area.
