A special court in Mumbai on Thursday granted an 18-year-old POCSO accused temporary bail for four days to appear in the NEET retest on June 21. The court granted the accused bail from June 18 on a bond of ₹50,000. The accused's lawyers said attending the exam with a police escort team would affect his mental state.
