Boycott that Brazil match: Bhaichung Bhutia to Indian football fans

Ex-India captain Bhaichung Bhutia urged fans to boycott India's October 3 friendly against Brazil in Kolkata. He questioned the reported expenditure of ₹50-70 crore and said money should instead support infrastructure and athletes.
