Trump slams Anthropic CEO for flagging AI concerns, says 'He's pretending to be little angel'

US President Donald Trump slammed Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei for calling for AI slowdown after his ex-employee said AI can "kill us all". Trump said his administration stopped Dario from doing "potentially bad things", adding, "[He's] now pretending to be a 'perfect little angel'." Earlier this year, US blacklisted Anthropic for allowing use of its AI for mass domestic surveillance.
