In contradictory move, Anthropic says it'll fail if it delays AI models, weeks after slowdown call

In a contradictory move, the prospectus says that Anthropic will face "diminished growth limits" and may fail if its AI model development slows or is delayed. This comes weeks after Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei called for a slowdown of AI development.
