Congress MP Shashi Tharoor once again praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday, saying that he "sees the Constitution as sacrosanct." Stating that PM Modi once called the Constitution his "only holy book", Tharoor added that as a result of PM Modi's remarks, even the RSS, which earlier rejected the Constitution, has now embraced it.
