US and Mexican trade negotiators will begin a third round of talks on Tuesday to revise the US-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), as President Donald Trump imposed fresh tariffs on Canada. The three-day meeting is the first since the US declined to extend the trade pact on July 1. The US goods trade deficit with Mexico grew by $28 billion last year.
