On being questioned about HDFC Bank part-time Chairman Atanu Chakraborty's "sudden" exit, India's largest private lender's CEO Sashidhar Jagdishan said, "I'd be extremely happy if someone can tell us." He also noted that Chakraborty's citing ethical concerns in his letter caused a "little bit of a stir" among the directors. "It's time for another [organisational restructuring]," he added.
