Police believe a Delhi man's stolen vehicle, abandoned without license plate 450km away in Bikaner, may have been used for a crime. Thieves allegedly stuck three handwritten notes on the car which said "This car was stolen from Delhi's Palam...Sorry", "I love my India" and "Please call police and inform them. Urgent". A note also mentioned the car's license number.
