A Russian An-26 military transport plane crashed into a cliff in occupied Crimea on Tuesday, killing all 29 people on board, including 23 passengers and 6 crew members. Russia's Defence Ministry attributed the crash to a technical malfunction. Contact with the aircraft was lost around 6 pm local time during a scheduled flight.
