Ashish Kumar, an eyewitness of Vietnam boat tragedy which claimed the lives of 15 Indian tourists, said the boat had barely moved 300 metres when it tipped over. "We were all screaming for help," Kumar stated. He added that weather conditions were not adverse. "There was some wind, but that is expected on an island," he further said.
