Congress leader Jairam Ramesh has added a "fourth F" to the three Fs - fuel, fertiliser and foreign exchange - that Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said India should focus on amid the US-Iran war. "The FM has said that the 3Fs...are matters of great concern. But she forgets the all-important fourth F: Falling rates of private investment," he said.
