Punjab CM Mann used to tell us jokes in LS; you could smell alcohol in his breath: Rahul

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi hit out at Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann over the drug menace in the state. He said, "I was in...Lok Sabha with him. He...used to...tell jokes...by 11:00 AM. You could smell alcohol in his breath." "If you...want to fight the menace of substance abuse, your CM cannot be under the influence every single evening," Rahul said.
