List shows FD interest rates offered by public sector banks

Public sector banks offer up to 6.85% interest on Fixed Deposits (FDs) as of August 2026. Punjab and Sind Bank offers 6.85% FD interest for tenure of 666 days, while Bank of India offers same interest for tenure of 999 days. Punjab National Bank offers up to 6.60% FD interest and State Bank of India gives up to 6.45% interest.
