The Allahabad High Court on Friday ordered an FIR against Congress MP Rahul Gandhi in the dual-nation citizenship case. The High Court overturned the verdict of a special MP/MLA court that had earlier rejected a plea seeking an FIR against Rahul over his alleged British citizenship. The court directed the CBI to carry out the investigation in the case.
