PM's Economic Advisory Council member Sanjeev Sanyal called AI "a good slave but a bad master" while reacting to a report on how a faulty AI-assisted US intelligence report almost started a war with China. "Now we know that AI nearly started a world war this year. It needs regulation but, even more important, the users need education," he wrote.
