Can a wrong UPI transaction be reversed?

A wrong UPI transfer cannot simply be cancelled, but users can raise a dispute through their UPI app and bank. Speed of action can influence recovery chances, said jUMPP CEO Sarvjeet Singh Virk. Users should immediately check the transaction status and save the UTR number, date, amount and recipient details. Unresolved complaints can be escalated through NPCI's dispute resolution mechanism.
