A video of rescue team performing CPR on a tourist after a boat carrying Indian tourists capsized near Vietnam's Phu Quoc Island has surfaced online. The boat had 32 Indians on board and at least 15 tourists died after it overturned. PM Narendra Modi condoled the deaths of the tourists and wrote that he was extremely saddened by the incident.
