Opposition MPs staged a 12-hour overnight dharna outside Parliament after the Rajya Sabha cleared the VB-G RAM G Bill past midnight by voice vote. Videos shared by Opposition parties showed MPs lying outside Parliament through the night, holding placards and chanting slogans. They accused the government of pushing the Bill through without adequate debate and demanded its withdrawal.
