President Ram Nath Kovind, who is also the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, will be reviewing the Naval Fleet on February 21 at Andhra Pradesh's Visakhapatnam. The fleet will include over 60 ships and submarines and 55 aircraft. The President's Yacht, an indigenously built Naval Offshore Patrol Vessel named INS Sumitra, will lead the presidential column in the review.
