Bangladesh seeks 'reset' in ties with India post-Hasina

Bangladesh's State Minister Humaiun Kobir said Dhaka wants a new bilateral relationship with India based on mutual interests, calling ties during Sheikh Hasina's tenure 'uncomfortable'. He urged Bangladesh to shed 'India fascination'. Relations have been strained since India granted refuge to Hasina after she was ousted in August 2024.
