Delhi court denies pre-arrest bail to absconding operator of PG that collapsed

A Delhi court rejected anticipatory bail for Shubham Tyagi, one of the operators of Satya Niketan PG whose collapse killed seven. Tyagi remains absconding, while co-operator Sudhanshu Lovneesh has been arrested. The duo had leased the property in August 2025. Building owner Hariram Gupta, his wife Urmila, son Mahesh and labour contractor Sanoj Kumar are the others arrested.
