Russia-Japan ties seriously deteriorated: Moscow

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko told TASS that Russia-Japan relations have seriously deteriorated, with contacts limited to isolated matters. He said PM Sanae Takaichi continues her predecessors' anti-Russian course. Moscow insists Tokyo must abandon hostile policies and take concrete steps before dialogue and cooperation can resume.
