Former Russian oligarch Oleg Tinkov lost about $9 billion (around ₹80,968 crore) of his fortune after he criticised Russia over the war in Ukraine, calling it "crazy" in an Instagram post in 2022, BBC reported. Tinkov revealed that his Tinkoff Bank, Russia's second-largest at the time, was sold for 3% of its true value. Earlier, he claimed he couldn't negotiate.
