Delhi HC dismisses plea alleging exclusion of homeless from SIR

The Delhi High Court has dismissed a plea alleging the exclusion of the homeless from the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls due to the house-to-house enumeration methodology. The court noted that the Election Commission of India's manual already provides a method for determining the address of homeless people. The bench ruled that the plea's apprehension was without any basis.
