JD Vance has been sworn-in as the Vice President of the US, succeeding Kamala Harris. The swearing-in ceremony took place in the Rotunda, a circular room located in the centre of the US Capitol. The ceremony was attended by former US Presidents George W Bush, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama.
