A blast was reported near PVR cinema hall in northwest Delhi's Prashant Vihar around noon on Thursday, Delhi Fire Service said, adding that fire tenders have reached the site. Police have also rushed to the spot, reports said. This comes a month after a blast was reported near a CRPF school in the same area.
